SCELA Device Pick-Up – 2025–2026 School Year
All SCELA and ACES students are required to use a district-issued SCCPSS device for their virtual learning. These devices are monitored by the SCCPSS Technology Department and SCELA/ACES staff to ensure students are supported and engaged in the online learning process.

All SCELA and ACES students must use an SCCPSS-issued device for the 2025–2026 school year.

Devices are monitored for instructional use, safety, and academic integrity.
📦 Return of Devices & Property

When a student withdraws from SCELA or ACES, all school-issued devices and materials must be returned in clean and working condition.

Keep all original boxes and packing materials—they are required when returning the device.
💸 Device Insurance Details

Optional insurance is available for each device.

Parents may purchase insurance via School Cash Online or by cash/money order at the SCELA office.

Insurance must be purchased within 1 week of device pick-up.

After 1 week, insurance will no longer be available, and parents will be fully responsible for any damage or replacement costs.
