We will distribute devices at our office, 3609 Hopkins Street Savannah, GA 31405. Please enter through the gate off of 52nd Street. Devices and other school supplies will be distributed in the Gym.
The dates for picking up a device are:
Monday, July 29th 8:00am - 3:00pm​
Tuesday, July 30th 8:00am - 3:00pm
Wednesday, July 31st 8:00am - 3:00pm

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to consider the Family Protection Plan. Device Insurance may be purchased for all school-owned devices by either paying online at School Cash or with cash/money order at the SCELA office.  Device insurance must be paid for each device/student. Insurance must be purchased within the first ten days of device sign out.  After ten days, insurance will not be issued, and the parent/guardian will assume full financial responsibility for any repairs/replacement. Any damages or lost devices not covered by insurance will be the full financial responsibility of the parent.

Below is a list of costs for damages without insurance:
Chromebook Screen Replacement: $90.00
Chromebook Keyboard Replacement: $90.00
Chromebook Charger Replacement: $30.00
iPad Screen: $65.00
iPad Charger: $25.00

Devices broken beyond repair will be assessed at a depreciated value.
