Dear SCELA Sea Dragon Students and Families,

It is with great excitement, gratitude, and optimism that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year at Savannah-Chatham E-Learning Academy (SCELA)!

Whether you are returning to continue your educational journey with us or joining our Sea Dragon family for the first time, know that you are an important part of a vibrant learning community committed to excellence, innovation, and student success. I am honored to serve as your Principal and look forward to partnering with you as we embark on an exciting year of growth and achievement.

Our theme for the 2026–2027 school year is "Charting the Course to Unlimited Possibilities." This theme reflects both who we are as a virtual learning community and who we aspire to become. Just as a captain charts a course before embarking on a voyage, we begin this school year with purpose, direction, and a shared commitment to success. While the destination may look different for every student, the journey is one we will navigate together.

Charting the Course means being intentional about our goals, our actions, and our growth. It means setting high expectations, embracing challenges, and making thoughtful decisions that move us closer to our aspirations. It requires courage to explore new opportunities, resilience when facing obstacles, and determination to remain focused on the path ahead.

Unlimited Possibilities represents our belief that every student possesses unique talents, strengths, and potential.
